About the role

The role involves providing physical therapy treatments, exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance patient well-being within established care plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervising PT guidelines
• Instruct patients in exercises, gait, ADLs, and safety
• Document patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy practices

Qualifications

• Current physical therapy assistant license in Washington
• Valid driver's license
• Access to reliable transportation

Skills

• Physical ability to perform patient care tasks such as lifting and transferring (preferred)
