About the Role
Implement treatment plans, provide exercise instruction, and deliver patient education to enhance well-being in home care settings.
Responsibilities
- Follow state-specific laws and supervise PT-approved treatment procedures.
- Instruct and assist patients with exercises, gait, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.
- Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers within the scope of practice.
Requirements
- Current license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and mobility assistance.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home situations.
Pay
Total cash pay varies based on productivity and hours, including per-visit and hourly rates.
