About the role

Perform patient treatments, exercise instruction, and education to improve patient well-being, following the plan of care set by a supervising Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients in exercises, gait, activities of daily living (ADLs), transfer, safety, and prosthetic training.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Adhere to state laws and qualified procedures.
• Provide care regardless of patient background.

Requirements

• Current license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with patient mobility.

Pay

Compensation varies based on productivity and role activities, including per-visit and hourly pay.
