Part-Time Operations Analyst - Outreach & Scheduling (Student Role)

About the role

Clozd is the leader in Decision Intelligence, helping companies uncover the truth by capturing direct feedback throughout the customer journey. We believe most revenue organizations are operating without the full picture. CRM and call data only tell part of the story. Clozd delivers the missing truth layer, giving executives the insights they need to improve win rates, retention, and growth. This part‑time undergraduate position (based in Lehi, UT) focuses on outreach through cold calling, texting, and LinkedIn messaging to support priority clients and help develop calling processes.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 20 hours per week to cold calling, texting, and LinkedIn messaging
• Coordinate with the Operations Analyst to receive contacts to call and reach out
• Work closely with the Interview Operations Manager to communicate outreach results for each client
• Help develop and advance calling and texting processes

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college student
• Ability to commit to 6 months or longer
• Driven, motivated, takes initiative
• Experience with cold calling or sales and enjoys it
• Head‑down mentality – willing to hustle, work hard, and be motivated by friendly competition
• Works well with the team and represents Clozd and clients professionally
