Principals

  • Daily Operations Support
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a visible campus presence
  • Support office moves, furniture reconfigurations, classroom setups, and event-related setups or breakdowns
  • Crosstrain on welcome desk workflows
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, mail, and shipments
  • Create and update ID cards
  • Monitor and replenish inventory
  • Submit, track, and follow up on work orders
  • Collaborate with various departments
  • Assist with onboarding and training of student workers
  • Auxiliary support during emergencies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of facilities or operational support experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities ticketing systems
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • Experience in facilities coordination, customer service, or higher education operations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
