Part-Time Operational Analyst

About the role

The Leasing & Marketing Coordinator provides marketing, sales, and customer service support to prospective residents. The position is also involved in the planning and execution of a community marketing plan. Position also indirectly supervises other team members who are involved in the marketing and leasing of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily analysis of property performance, occupancy, work order control, delinquencies, utilities/ REACP and overall purchasing requirements are provided with specific report systems to VP and SVP according to schedule.
• Budget forecasting
• Make recommendations to management as needed
• Quarterly Reports, Semi Annual and Annual Analysis and Development of reporting requirements – i.e. Excel Workbooks, Power Points, Word Documents – Narratives.
• Cook up with Regional Facility Managers and VP of Facilities for all Work Order Cancellations or Modifications for verification and assurance levels
• Complete all spreadsheets and action plan coordination with RPM and VP on annual basis.
• Track performance on a quarterly basis
• Complete all reporting requirements to external customers to properly analyze the overall operations of each installation throughout the Regional Operating Center, as required
• Ledgers, external reports, vendor payments, utilities and report on variance and determine corrective course

Requirements

• Minimum of a 2 year degree required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Accounting, strong communication skills, multitasking
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Budgeting, financial analysis, project management, organizational skills
• Previous Yardi experience
• Previous Military/Multifamily housing experience
• Must have an active and valid driver’s license
