Part -Time Analyst
Essential Functions
Aids in the development and recommendation of policy updates and revisions for the assigned department.
Maintains organizational charts for the assigned department.
Reviews changes in federal, state, and local codes; conducts research, develops, and monitors new or changing legislation for potential policy implications.
Collaborates with the management team to draft policy changes and prepares them for final approval and distribution.
Supports policy revision efforts by performing general administrative tasks, including updating policies on the internal website, filing, and other forms of distribution.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience with policy analysis
Physical Abilities
- Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work
- Extended periods of time at a keyboard or work station
Sensory Requirements
- Perception and discrimination of colors or shades of colors
- Communication orally
Environmental Factors
- Exposure to adverse environmental conditions
