Part-Time Mid Level Supervisor ABA - Fairfield

About the role

Responsible for overseeing and managing a team of ABA therapists in a therapeutic setting. Provide direct supervision and support to ensure all therapy sessions adhere to evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical supervision to ABA therapists, offering feedback and guidance to improve treatment outcomes.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations for clients to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as teachers, parents, and therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including progress notes, reports, and client files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ABA or related field, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, including but not limited to discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and functional behavior assessment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current certification in ABA from an accredited program.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for promoting positive behavioral change and improving quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
