Apart from providing exceptional care, the role involves overseeing a team of therapists and ensuring adherence to treatment plans. This includes conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy programs, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA or related field

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Valid state license in ABA or related field (if applicable)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
