GROUP SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program.
• Create a supportive atmosphere for the students' needs.
• Maintain the facility's schedule and ensure proper staffing ratios.
• Instruct students in all scheduled activities.

Requirements

• Be empathetic, patient, and respectful towards others.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Show a strong desire to work with troubled teens.
• Pass a criminal background check, child abuse registry, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
