Mid Level Supervisor ABA

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an ABA program in Oakland. Manage a team of therapists and ensure all clients receive quality services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and maintain effective service delivery models.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations for each client.
• Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in ABA programs.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid California teaching credential or equivalent.
• Experience with data management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
