ABA Mid Level Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing bilingual staff in an educational setting, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bilingual program
• Manage and mentor a team of bilingual educators
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Collaborate with other departments to support student success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience working in an educational setting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
