Pathway to Guaranteed Weekly Pay
This position begins without guaranteed weekly hours. After six months of active employment, you may become eligible for a written guarantee of minimum weekly pay equal to 20 hours at your regular base rate. Eligibility may be reviewed after 90 days and the six-month qualification period may be shortened based on consistently maintaining 15 or more billable hours, required availability, acceptance of assignments, timely documentation, appropriate administrative time, clinical performance, attendance, compliance, and caseload needs. The 90-day review does not automatically create a guarantee. Guaranteed hours begin only after written approval. The written guarantee will explain how declined work, employee-requested restrictions, absences or leave, and failure to remain available or follow rerouting procedures affect the weekly minimum. All hours actually worked will be paid.
