Mid Level Supervisor ABA Part-Time

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of ABA therapists in an educational setting. Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of care for students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans for students
• Conduct progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Mentor and train new staff members
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
• Experience working in a school or clinic setting
• Valid California teaching credential or equivalent certification

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
