Part-Time Mid Level Supervisor ABA - Oakland

About the role

Apart from providing exceptional care, the role involves leading a team of therapists in implementing evidence-based interventions to support children with autism spectrum disorder. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training new staff members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of therapists in delivering evidence-based interventions
• Train new staff members in best practices
• Collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate progress and adjust interventions as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid California Provider License (if applicable)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with data collection and analysis

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
