Mid Level Supervisor ABA - Antioch Part-Time

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an ABA program in Antioch, California. Manage a team of therapists and ensure all clients receive high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions and progress reports
• Manage a team of ABA therapists
• Ensure compliance with ABA standards and regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in ABA or related field
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
