Responsibilities Include Administering medications and treatments following physician ordersEnsuring medication safety by adhering to the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationAccurately documenting in MAR/TAR in real-timeMonitoring residents for symptoms, adverse reactions, and health changesReporting any refusals, reactions, or physical, emotional, or cognitive changes promptlySupporting care plan updates and transcribing physician ordersMaintaining medication carts, conducting narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance standards Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationStrong assessment and documentation skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferred Key Duties: Deliver safe, accurate medication management, monitor resident health, and ensure regulatory compliance to promote resident safety and well-being.
