Key Responsibilities Include Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician ordersFollowing the Six Rights of Medication Administration to ensure safetyDocumenting all care activities accurately in MAR/TAR in real-timeMonitoring symptoms, reporting adverse reactions or refusals promptlyConducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and supporting care plan updatesObserving and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residentsMaintaining medication carts, performing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance with regulations Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationsStrong assessment, documentation, and communication skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferred This role is vital in preventing medication errors, early detection of health issues, and safeguarding resident well-being through clinical precision and adherence to regulations.
