Role: LPN Medication Nurse Responsibilities Provide resident-centered medication administration and nursing care in an assisted living and memory care setting.Safely administer medications, monitor resident responses, and perform basic nursing assessments.Document care accurately in compliance with regulations and standards.Collaborate with nurses, physicians, residents, and families to develop and support personalized care plans.Promote dignity, independence, and uphold infection control and safety practices. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.Strong understanding of medication administration and nursing procedures.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to adhere to safety and infection control protocols.Compassionate approach to resident care with a focus on dignity and independence.
