Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Ensure accurate documentation in MAR/TAR
- Monitor residents for symptoms or adverse reactions
- Transcribe physician instructions
- Support care plan updates
- Observe physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts
- Perform narcotic counts
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Play a vital role in preventing medication errors and safeguarding resident health through clinical accuracy
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation abilities
- Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred
