Part Time - Foodservice Worker

Job Summary

Performs routine foodservice tasks such as portioning, serving, cleaning, and maintaining a sanitary work environment, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety regulations. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment, adhering to organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, packaging, and delivery within the foodservice area.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas in compliance with management and regulatory guidelines.
• Take and record temperatures of food and storage areas, handle food trays, and store supplies properly.
• Measure ingredients and manage food supplies, equipment, and utensils.
• Read and interpret patient meal tickets, verify patient identifiers, labels, and recipes.
• May handle cash transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food preparation, serving, cleaning, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule

Weekend and holiday rotations required.
