Part Time - Foodservice Worker

About the role

Responsible for routine food portioning, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment, adhering to regulatory standards and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks in the foodservice area, including food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
• Clean and sanitize food service spaces per management and regulations.
• Record temperatures of food and storage areas.
• Handle food trays, store supplies, and measure ingredients.
• Receive and organize food supplies and utensils.
• Potentially handle cash transactions.
• Read and interpret patient meal tickets, verify identifiers, recipes, and labels.
• Work in a clinical environment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Apply department‑specific skills as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation, serving, cleaning, or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
