Part Time - Deli Lead

Role Overview: Lead daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff are trained, fully staffed, and meet company standards and goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory ordering and control, validate received products, oversee stocking and production tasks, and ensure product quality and freshness.Maintain familiarity with all products, promotions, and sales programs.Ensure adherence to food safety, safety guidelines, and store cleanliness standards.Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll management.Assist in team staffing, training, performance management, and development.Participate in meetings, communicate plans, and execute weekly and period Flight Plans.Support department goals, forecasts, and key performance indicators.Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked department.Perform tasks in other departments as needed and follow all PPE, safety, and guest experience guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; 0-2 years retail experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills. Knowledge of retail operations and management systems is desirable. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; bilingual in Spanish preferred depending on location.
