Part Time - Deli Lead

Role Overview: The position involves leading daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff are trained, fully staffed, and meeting company standards and goals. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure product freshness and quality.Validate received orders and ensure proper storage.Lead a team to complete stocking, production, and quality tasks, handling spoiled/damaged products appropriately.Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about store promotions and sales.Execute weekly Flight Plans, manage scheduling, labor, and payroll with adherence to company policies.Support department management in staffing, training, performance, and goal development.Participate in meetings and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive department environment.Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, PPE, and guest experience standards.Assist with tasks in other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED required.0-2 years retail experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Leadership ability and familiarity with retail operations and management systems.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (Spanish) desirable.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in varied retail environments.
