Part Time - Deli Lead

Role Overview: Lead daily operations in a retail store department, ensuring staff training, full staffing, and achievement of company standards and goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory ordering and maintenance to ensure freshness and quality, verify received orders, oversee team tasks like stocking and production, and ensure product rotation and handling of spoiled items. Maintain product knowledge, execute sales promotions, and communicate and implement weekly plans. Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll management, while promoting company values and core competencies. Ensure a clean, attractive department that adheres to food safety, safety guidelines, and guest experience standards. Participate in meetings, develop department goals, and support cross-department tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems; bilingual skills in Spanish may be advantageous. Physical & Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk extensively, and work in a retail environment with varied temperatures.
