Role: Cook within the Accommodation & Food Services team, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items according to recipes and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare food, batch cook, and maintain proper temperatures.Set up and break down stations, ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.Label, store, and handle food following HACCP and ServSafe guidelines.Support a welcoming and inclusive dining experience.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality service.Adhere to safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement standards.
