Part Time - Cook

Role: Cook within the Accommodation & Food Services team. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to recipe and safety standards, set up and break down stations, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, perform food prep, batch cooking, and proper storage with correct temperature control, label foods, and follow HACCP and ServSafe guidelines. Key Duties: Support a welcoming and inclusive dining environment, collaborate effectively with team members, and adhere to safety, service, and continuous improvement standards. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of food safety protocols, ability to follow recipes, attention to cleanliness, teamwork skills, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
