Part-Time Controls Technician

About the role

Support automated manufacturing equipment at a premium window and door facility, ensuring smooth and safe operations through troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and control system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-based control systems, sensors, VFDs, and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with control system upgrades.
• Document work activities in a CMMS and collaborate with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience with PLC systems, sensors, VFDs, and electrical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and document work accurately.
