About the role
Provide occupational therapy services in a home care setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient evaluations
- Prepare clinical and progress notes
- Develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Participate in case conferences and team communication
Requirements
- Current licensure as a COTA in Michigan
- CPR certification
- Valid Michigan driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
Qualifications
Preferred: at least one year of home care experience.
