Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced teachers
- Implementing curriculum tailored to individual children's needs
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
- Partnering with parents to ensure high-quality care and education
- Collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- Building positive relationships with families, community contacts, and licensing authorities
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
- 48 college units or willingness to meet state requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds and engage in physical activity with children
- Proficiency in English communication
