Part-Time After School Teacher

Responsibilities

• Support children’s development through personalized care
• Model positive behaviors
• Provide feedback to staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards
• Engage in physical activities
• Communicate effectively in English
• Maintain a safe environment indoors and outdoors

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAEYC candidacy
• 2-3 years of early childhood experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Able to multi-task
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly range of $16.90 - $22.85
