Schedule

Part-time, 24–32 hours per week across roughly 3–4 days, with flexibility on schedule and days.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Assist with job costing activities
• Provide administrative support related to accounting and office operations
• Support the finance team with additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Accounts payable experience required
• Must be comfortable with a long-term part-time schedule of approximately 24–30 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
• Experience handling accounts payable tasks in a detail-oriented office environment
• Ability to work a part-time schedule of approximately 24 to 32 hours per week across 3 to 4 days
