PACU RN - Part Time Night Shift

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, perform the nursing process using evidence-based practices, and adapt care to meet diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-based, individualized care while partnering with patients and families
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication and documentation
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research activities
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified future workforce
• Promote evidence-based practice and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals
• Contribute to protocol development and resource optimization
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of RN patient care experience
• Active RN license (single or multi-state)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or provisional); additional certifications preferred
• Education: Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing
• All certifications required upon hire
• Ability to uphold professional and ethical standards
• Commitment to continuous professional development
