RN - PACU - Night Shift

• Performing thorough nursing assessments and reevaluations, documenting findings accurately.
• Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessment data, diagnoses, and protocols.
• Administering medications, monitoring IVs, and providing patient and family education, including discharge planning.
• Recognizing patient condition changes, implementing appropriate nursing actions, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Providing specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
• Ensuring safety, infection control, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with team members, mentoring new staff, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
• Delivering age-appropriate, cost-effective care with a focus on patient satisfaction and service excellence.
• Documenting care, participating in quality improvement, and maintaining a professional, respectful environment aligned with hospital standards.

Current RN license in applicable states with required certifications (e.g., BLS). Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to safety, infection control, and professional development.
