About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process and provide patient-centered care
• Partner with patients and families to coordinate care across disciplines
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor colleagues and promote evidence-based practice and research

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience
• Valid RN license
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or equivalents)
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
