About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing according to professional standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and plans patient care, ensuring individualized treatment and cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to promote safety and quality improvement.
• Supports performance initiatives and serves as a preceptor for new staff.
• Participates in research and advocates for best practices in patient care.
• Manages resources efficiently and maintains compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience.
• Active RN license.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in technology and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
