PACU RN - Part Time Nightshift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and shared governance. Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation; deliver relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations; collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams; promote performance improvement and research; serve as a preceptor or mentor; participate in protocol development; and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of RN patient care experience; licensure as a registered nurse (single or multi-state); current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; basic computer and communication skills; and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering compassionate, culturally aware care.
