PACU RN - Part Time Night Shift

About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care, following evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Partners with patients and families, ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity.
• Coordinates care delivery, documents accurately, and promotes teamwork through interdisciplinary rounds and communication.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives, participates in research activities, and leads or mentors colleagues to foster professional growth.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contributes to protocol development and resource management to optimize care outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN licensure.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and respond effectively to emergencies.
