PACU RN - Part Time Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care, following evidence-based practices and professional standards. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and evaluates patient outcomes. Partners with patients and families, ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity. Coordinates care delivery, documents accurately, and promotes teamwork through interdisciplinary rounds and communication. Supports performance improvement initiatives, participates in research activities, and leads or mentors colleagues to foster professional growth. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Contributes to protocol development and resource management to optimize care outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience. Proficient in English, with strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. Able to work in fast-paced environments and respond effectively to emergencies.
