PACU RN - Part Time Night Shift

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices, and partnering with patients and families to ensure personalized care. They collaborate through effective communication, promote a respectful and inclusive environment, and support performance improvement initiatives. Professional development is emphasized through ongoing competency assessments, mentoring, and participation in research and quality improvement activities. They contribute to protocol development, resource management, and uphold safety and regulatory standards such as TJC goals. Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience is required, along with strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills, and proficiency with clinical technology.
