PACU RN - Part Time Night Shift

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking. They collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members through clear communication and relationship-based care, ensuring cultural competence and individualized treatment. They coordinate and document care to promote safety and quality outcomes, support performance improvement initiatives, and participate in research and evidence-based practice activities. The role involves mentoring staff, maintaining professional competencies, and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and accreditation requirements. Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, valid licensure, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS. A minimum of five years of RN patient care experience is required.
