Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and manage the occupational therapy team within a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the seamless delivery of patient-centered care. Provide direct therapy services, build strong patient relationships, and support patient recovery goals. Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, staff training, and communication with hospital departments. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding relevant professional certifications preferred.
