OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress. Utilize current technology in a collaborative environment to deliver compassionate services.

• Support therapy operations through team coordination and communication
• Deliver personalized patient care aligned with recovery goals
• Foster a positive environment promoting patient victories and team collaboration

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification as required
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with a minimum of two years clinical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications
