OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized patient care and achievement of recovery goals. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships by understanding individual needs, and celebrating patient progress. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily therapy operations and team coordination.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to facilitate recovery.Support team training, orientation, and communication.Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.Professional certifications or active Therapy Clinical Ladder status preferred.
