OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication within the therapy team and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrating patient successes.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or relevant professional certifications preferred
