OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients during their rehabilitation. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to aid recovery and celebrate progress. Key Responsibilities Assist in operational management of the therapy team.Deliver direct patient care aligned with rehabilitation goals.Ensure procedures and treatments are seamlessly implemented.Support team development through training and communication.Build patient rapport, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days).Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or with specialty certifications preferred.
