OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Providing direct, compassionate care to patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery, and celebrating patient progress. Qualifications involve current licensure or certification as per state regulations, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in therapy, and a minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice. CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Professional certifications or advanced clinical ladder status are preferred.
