OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Overview: Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless treatment implementation and patient care. Foster personalized, compassionate care to help patients achieve their recovery goals while utilizing advanced technology in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication.Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships and understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs.Celebrate patient progress and victories throughout the recovery process. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification per state requirements.CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.Professional certifications or active Therapy Clinical Ladder status preferred.
