OT Lead - Inpatient Rehab

About the role

Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and ensuring quality care delivery. Build rewarding relationships with patients, celebrating their progress.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification within 30 days if not already obtained
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications
