Lead OT - Rehabilitation Hospital

About the role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the effective delivery of personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery and celebrating successes. Utilize your clinical expertise to guide treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• PREFERRED: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialized certifications

• Assist in operational tasks such as scheduling, onboarding, and team communication
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals
