About the role

Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized, compassionate treatment to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Celebrate patient progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.
• Deliver personalized patient care, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Support a collaborative, technology-driven environment that promotes professional growth.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold relevant professional certifications (preferred).
